If the telecommunications department is
called to repair a problem caused from non-MTU leased equipment,
a T&M (time and material) will be created and a $30.00
minimum charge will be applied.

| How to Order Network Service
Repairs |
If you are experiencing computer related problems call
your department systems administrator to help determine if
the problem is equipment or software. The systems administrator
will either repair the problem or help in determining what
needs to be done.

Important Notes
To ensure the reliability and maintainability
of the campus phone system, all telephone equipment must be purchased or
leased through the telecommunications department.
This includes, but is not limited to single line phone sets, key system
(panther or panasonic) sets and cordless sets.
Telecommunication cables must be obtained
from the telecommunications department to meet telecommunications engineering
specifications.
