Resnet |
The Residence Life Network (Resnet) provides individuals living in university housing high-speed access to the University’s network.
It is included in room and board to students living in the residence halls. Connecting to the internet from
the halls is a fast and easy process. Students
merely need to open a web browser on their computer
and will be redirected to a sign-up page when the
first web site is loaded. After authenticating with
their ISO password their computer will be connected.
When you first connect to Resnet, your personal computer (which must have an Ethernet card installed) is registered and connected to the University’s network at 100 Mbps using a network patch cable connected to a telecommunications wall outlet.
Resnet is supported by a group of talented operators and
service providers who make sure you have 24-hour access.
They can be reached at 483-9955.
