Operational Costs

A portion of the costs of: the University telemanagement system, the Locations system which documents jack changes on campus, vehicles leases, warehouse rental and utility costs, student support.

General Fund Reimbursement

Represents the repayment of a general fund deficit account created in FY2001. Rates were raised with a commitment to a minimum of $1 on 10M and $0.50 on 100M connections per month with a goal of paying the entire balance off in 10 years.
