Getting Started with MTU Voicemail

When you access your voice mailbox for the first time, a user tutorial is automatically activated. This tutorial will guide you through your first mailbox session. It will begin by explaining how to change your pass code. You will then be prompted to record your greeting and your name. Once your mailbox is set up, you will be ready to start using the advanced messaging features of the MTU Voicemail system.

How you access the tutorial will depend on how your voicemail service has been established. That is, it will depend on whether or not your phone line includes a single voice mailbox or multiple voice mailboxes.
