When you access your voice mailbox to retrieve your messages, the system will first tell you how many messages you have. For example, you may hear "You have 2 new messages and 4 saved messages in your mailbox.")
To play your voicemail messages:
Enter your voice mailbox
Press P (the 7 key) to listen to your messages
Note: At any time during a message playback, you can:
Press * to move back 5 seconds within a message
Press # to move forward 5 seconds within a message.
When you have finished listening to a message, you can:
Press P (the 7 key) to play the message again
Press K (the 5 key) to keep the message.
Kept messages cannot be accessed until you have skipped through all of your unplayed messages.
Press D (the 3 key) to discard the message.
If you accidentally discard a message, you can retrieve the message by immediately pressing *
