The Mitel Networks 5020 IP phone is a business phone that is ideal for users who require information about calls they handle and need user-programmable access to advanced voice communications, IP-based applications and services.

The 5020 IP phone is the ideal choice for users who must change their telephone feature set to match their changing needs, including those who travel frequently, are often away from their desk, participate in conference calls, and contact center/help desk agents.


5020 IP Phone Features

The Mitel Networks 5020 IP phone is a dual port, multi-line display IP telephone providing users fast and easy access to the features and applications enabled by Mitel Networks IP-based Integrated Communications Platforms. Its features include:
