Calculator

The Calculator feature allows you to perform simple mathematical calculations by using your telephone keypad as a numeric keypad.

This feature is currently available on the 5140 IP Appliance

Call Back (Message Waiting)

The Call Back feature lets you request that the system notify you when a busy extension or line becomes available. The system monitors the internal extension or line and calls you back when it's free. When you answer the call back ring tone, the system will automatically redial the extension or line that had been previously busy.

This is a standard feature that is currently available on the 5001 IP Phone; 5005 IP Phone; 5020 IP Phone; 5215 IP Phone; 5220 IP Phone; 5140 IP Appliance.

Call Forwarding

The Call Forwarding feature allows you to program your telephone so that incoming calls are automatically forwarded to another phone. These calls can be forwarded as follows:

Call Forward All — which forwards your calls to another extension or extension group without first ringing your extension. (Available on the 5001 IP Phone; 5005 IP Phone; 5020 IP Phone; 5215 IP Phone; 5220 IP Phone; 5140 IP Appliance.

Call Forward Internal (B-Int) — which forwards all internal calls when your phone is busy. (Available on the 5020 IP Phone; 5215 IP Phone; 5220 IP Phone;

Call Forward External (B-Ext) — which forwards all external calls when your phone is busy. (Available on the 5020 IP Phone; 5215 IP Phone; 5220 IP Phone;

Call Forward No Answer Internal (NA-Int) — which forwards all internal calls after several rings if you don’t answer. (Available on the 5020 IP Phone; 5215 IP Phone; 5220 IP Phone;

Call Forward No Answer External (NA-Ext) — which forwards all external calls after several rings if you don’t answer (Available on the 5020 IP Phone: 5215 IP Phone; 5220 IP Phone;

Call Forward on No Answer — which forwards internal and external your calls to another extension or extension group when you don't answer your phone or when you are on another call. (Available on the 5001 IP Phone; 5005 IP Phone; 5140 IP Appliance.

Call Forward Busy — which forwards your internal and external calls to another extension or extension group when you are on another call. (Available on the 5001 IP Phone; 5005 IP Phone; 5140 IP Appliance

Call Forward Remote — which forwards all your incoming calls to an external destination; for example, a cellular phone or your home number. (Available on the 5001 IP Phone; 5005 IP Phone; 5020 IP Phone; 5215 IP Phone; 5215 IP Phone; 5220 IP Phone; 5140 IP Appliance.

Call Forward End Chaining — which gives you the option of choosing whether or not to have calls forwarded again by the destination number. (Available on the 5001 IP Phone; 5005 IP Phone; 5020 IP Phone; 5215 IP Phone; 5220 IP Phone; 5140 IP Appliance.

Call Forward Forced — which allows you to force an incoming call to be forwarded. This feature is currently available on the 5020 IP Phone; 5220 IP Phone; 5140 IP Appliance.

Call Forward Override — which allows you to override Call Forward and ring a station. (Available on the 5001 IP Phone; 5005 IP Phone; 5020 IP Phone; 5215 IP Phone; 5220 IP Phone; 5140 IP Appliance.

Call Park

The Call Park feature allows you to answer an external call and place it in a type of hold, which enables anyone on the system to retrieve it. You inform another extension user that a call is waiting to be answered on a specific line using the Direct Paging feature.

This feature is currently available on the 5001 IP Phone; 5005 IP Phone; 5020 IP Phone; 5215 IP Phone; 5220 IP Phone; 5140 IP Appliance.

Call Pick-up

The Call Pick-up feature allows you to answer a call that is ringing at another station whether or not the station is in your pick-up group.

This is a standard feature that is currently available on the following models 5001 IP Phone;5005 IP Phone; 5020 IP Phone; 5215 IP Phone; 5220 IP Phone; 5140 IP Appliance.

Call Transfer

The Call Transfer feature allows you to transfer a call from your extension to another MTU extension. Before completing a transfer, you can consult privately with the third party and swap between private conversations with each of the parties.

This is a standard feature that is currently available on the 5001 IP Phone; 5005 IP Phone; 5020 IP Phone; 5215 IP Phone; 5220 IP Phone; 5140 IP Appliance.

Call Logs

The Call Logs feature tracks up to 60 of your incoming, outgoing, and missed calls. It provides the name of each called or calling party, the date and time of the call, the phone number, call duration, and the number of calls to or from that particular party.

This feature is currently available on the 5140 IP Appliance.

Camp-on (Call Waiting)

The Camp On or Call Waiting feature lets you notify someone who is using a telephone that you are waiting to be connected. An attendant may also camp a call onto a busy station. Upon hearing the Camp-on tone, the busy party can either respond or finish the current call.

This feature is currently available on the 5001 IP Phone; 5005 IP Phone; 5020 IP Phone; 5215 IP Phone; 5220 IP Phone; 5140 IP Appliance.

Conference Split

The Conference Split feature allows you to split a conference and speak privately with the original party.

This feature is currently available on the 5020 IP Phone; 5215 IP Phone; 5220 IP Phone; 5140 IP Appliance.

Corporate Directory

The Corporate Directory is created and maintained by your System Administrator. From the Corporate Directory screen, you can perform searches, make a call, and view details on entries in the directory.

This feature is currently available on the 5140 IP Appliance
