| About MTU Cellular |
| We have partnered with Cellular One to offer a competitive and robust GSM digital cellular service to all MTU students, staff, and faculty. MTU Cellular can offer you lower rate plans with tons of minutes and free nationwide calling.

With Cellular One's new GSM Plans, you will receive FREE Call Waiting, Call Forwarding, 3-Way Calling, Caller ID, and Basic Voice Mail. You will also have the ability to receive incoming text messages, at no charge, and will be able to send a text message from your wireless phone to another wireless phone or email account at an affordable per message fee.
While all services are provided through Cellular One, all billing is handled through Telcom.

Calling Plans

MTU Cellular can offer you lower rate plans with tons of minutes and free nationwide calling that are only available through MTU and are not valid through a local store or dealer. As such, the following provisions apply:

- Must be an MTU student, staff, or faculty member.
- A one year service agreement required.
- MTU customers are subject to a $3.00 administrative tracking fee.
- Some restrictions apply. See your MTU Cellular representative for details.
- See your MTU Cellular representative for specific information on these rate plans and for information on any promotional offers.

Notice to all MTU Cellular Subscribers who will be leaving the local calling area.
Phones on the local digital plan are roaming restricted unless specifically requested otherwise. If you are leaving the local calling area, your phone will not work.
National plans are available, which would allow usage outside of the local area without roaming charges. (Contact the MTU Cellular Representative for more details).
Suspension plans are available for those who do not wish to use their phones over the summer. (

for details regarding this option.)
If you are graduating or leaving the area permanently, you may wish to cancel your cellphone contract. Also, as a reminder, CellularOne has a 30-day cancellation policy. |
